Hey girlie! I’m Kimmie!

2019 is when my journey began. It all started with doing ab workouts in my room before school everyday. That turned into lifting weights at the gym, and little by little my confidence grew. I truly fell in love with the process. Fast forward to college, I decided to push myself outside of my comfort zone and competed in bikini bodybuilding. It was an experience that taught me so much about myself. After winning my second competition, I had a moment where I realized I did not just want to chase a certain look. I wanted to become the strongest and healthiest version of myself before becoming a MOM.

Fast forward to now I get to help women who might be exactly where I was. Maybe you are trying to stay consistent. Maybe you want to feel confident in your own skin. Maybe you just want to feel stronger... Maybe you want to feel like YOU again.

My goal is to help you fall in love with working out, build strength in a way that feels sustainable, and become a version of yourself that you've always wanted to be.
